Income and Fee Schedule

How much does therapy cost per session?

 

My out of pocket fees for child, family, couple therapy sessions are $200 per sessions, each session being 50 min and the out of pocket session fees for individual adults are $175 per 50 min session. Sliding scale is available for some clients who have low to very low income. I am taking many insurances soon and not at the moment. Depending on your insurance your may have a co-pay, which we can help you figure out. Insurance will only be taken at Bridges Family Counseling, projected by November of 2025.

I am credentialed with the following insurance panels: 

  • Medicare

  • Medi-cal

 

What if I cannot afford the full fee? Financial struggles don't have to prevent you from getting the help you need. As your therapist, I may be able to adjust your fees based on your financial situation.​

If for some reason you have financial concerns, please discuss them with me and I can explore if I am able to take your insurance or if not, to see if I can make a reasonable concessions to ensure your therapy fees can be adjusted to receive treatment at Bridges Family Counseling. If this isn't possible, I can provide you with a referral to a therapist  whom will be able to accommodate your therapy and financial needs
